I had an amazing time today with my incredible partner and Washington Spirit owner Michele Kang at Ida B. Wells Middle School here in DC! The Washington Spirit in partnership with DC Scores held a community event where the kids gave us an on field demonstration and I encouraged them on the importance of education and following their dreams! Thank you to Michele, DCPS Chancellor Dr. Lewis Ferebee, Ida B. Wells Principal William Lyles and DC Scores Executive Director Katrina Owens for making today possible!
