Our Trainee Program, open to dancers ages 13–25, provides a comprehensive pathway for those pursuing a future in professional dance. With two distinct tracks — Ballet or Jazz & Contemporary — dancers receive elite technical instruction while developing the versatility needed in today’s evolving dance industry. Unlike many programs that specialize in a single discipline, the Joffrey Ballet School champions cross-training, preparing dancers to thrive in diverse professional environments.
