Mushroom sugar cookies! 🍪🍄🍄‍🟫 or as I am affectionately calling them “Shuga Shrooms” 🤣 these lil cuties are so fun and really easy to make! You all need to save this recipe for Christmas! Also, wanna get ahead on your Christmas baking? They freeze REALLY well! 3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup shortening
1 cup bakers sugar 2 tsp milk 2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or extract)
1 egg White chocolate & candy coat in desired colors. Coconut flakes mixed with matcha powder Combine the flour baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside. Add the shortening, sugar, and milk to a bowl and cream together for two minutes. 
Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until just combined. Add in the flour mixture. Mix until well incorporated. Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
