It still feels surreal to say that I wrote a book, but I did. I WROTE A WHOLE BOOK! And I’m ecstatic to share that it’s now available for pre-order! When my agent rgradinger asked me what I wanted to share with the world for my first book, I immediately knew I wanted to write about sisterhood. Sisterhood has been the force that has sustained me during difficult times and it is the force that has been a lifeline for so many of my clients and members of the therapyforblackgirls community. Sisterhood is where our masks come off and it is our soft place to land. It is sacred. SisterhoodHeals is a celebration of what we are to each other as Black women and a guide to strengthening our relationships with one another.
