Dylan Galvin Getting In work! 🔥 ⚾️ Before- Dylan is moving forward without holding his backside. Which causes him to be out in front in games. He also flies the hip open a little too soon which causes him to spin off the ball and let that barrel leave the zone too soon! ⚾️After “The Fix”- I got Dylan to load down into his backside and back hip and also focused on creating a longer stride so he gets to a strong base. From that point, we focused on his path and direction through the baseball, letting the barrel work more through center instead of around the baseball.
