Ya know, we think it’s pretty dang spooky if your pedals won’t last 20,000 miles (32,000+ km)‼️ of fully loaded cargo bike touring 🎃, with no service performed on them whatsoever 👻. If you’ve been following along, truemarmalade has been fatigue testing our Waveform Pedals and has racked up that massive mileage over almost 1,750hrs of riding and 617,000ft of elevation gain. Heading southwest for the winter, he FINALLY KO’d his left pedal crossing Illinois towards St. Louis, but was able to ride it out to a spot where he could perform surgery on it, or swap it out. (RIP to those bearings, you did your job exceedingly well.) The right pedal is still in great shape, with no play, smooth bearings, some nice patina on the orange ano, and will continue its service until it, too, starts to crumble.
