Writing my new book, The Look, gave me the chance to reflect on my lifelong journey with fashion, hair, and beauty—from growing up on the South Side to serving as First Lady in the White House to what I wear today. While the looks have changed, it’s always been important to me to use style as a language to share who I am and what I believe.
