If your ribs flare or your back arches, follow the path of the spine: Shoulders → neck → gaze.
One of the biggest reasons you end up in a banana shape is how much you lift your head. If your gaze is forward toward your fingertips, your neck curves and your spine follows. Drop your head slightly, gaze just enough to see the floor, shift your chest back, and bring your legs back over your body. That’s how you start to stack.
