When fall gives you persimmons, you make a frozen persimmon margarita.š
Ingredients:
- 1 diced persimmon
- 2 oz. tequila reposado
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. triple sec
- 1/2 oz. sage infused agave
Sage infused agave:
1. In a pot, combine 1/2 cup agave, 3 tbs. water, and 3 sage leaves.
2. Stir over medium heat and bring to a slight simmer.
4. Once simmering, cover with a lid and remove from heat. Let this stand for 10 minutes
5. Remove sage leaves from agave and store. Enjoy for 5-7 days.
