It’s been revealed that the developers of ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’ asked actors to come back into the studio to re-record lines of dialogue so they could include they/them pronouns. ‘Baldur’s Gate 3’ was released in 2023 by Larian Studios and is the most-recent game in the role-playing video series based on Dungeons & Dragons. It was celebrated as “the queerest game of all time” for its inclusion of LGBTQ+ characters and storylines.
