Last night at Lincoln Financial Field was a thrilling celebration of HBCU pride, culture, and community. 🏈🎉 The showdown between Delaware State and Norfolk State — hosted by the City of Philadelphia — featured the homecoming of two Philadelphia Eagles legends, DeSean Jackson and Michael Vick, who are the head coaches of the respective HBCU football programs. Highlights of the night included city representative Jazelle Jones flipping the coin toss, appearances by Brandon Graham, Marshawn Lynch, and Cam Newton, the amazing halftime show performances by each school's band and cheer squads, and much more. PHL Diversity executive director Sheila Alexander-Reid also hosted a group of diverse meeting planners in a club suite.
