Rescue workers tended to more than two dozen people stranded on the Mon Incline after its operating system broke down Saturday afternoon. Pittsburgh Regional Transit spokesman Adam Brandolph said incline officials were trying to do a “hard reset” of the system before deciding whether to physically remove the passengers from the incline cars. Mr. Brandolph said 24 people were stranded on the bottom car and another five passengers were onboard the top car. The cars work in tandem — when one is at the top station, one is at the bottom station. No injuries had been reported. #pittsburgh #incline
