The editor-in-chief of Guinness World Records, Craig Glenday, says one of his favorite days on the job was when a bulldog zipped past him on a skateboard. “I chased after this dog, and I found the owner and said, ‘I've never seen a dog on a skateboard.’ He said, ‘Oh, this is Tillman.
