This upcoming weekend we’ll be teaching at @24sevendance in Provo, UT. This footage from the last time we taught brings me lots of joy, it was at the end of our class with the seniors and the kids asked the old guy and his lady to demonstrate. Here we are. Love the hype love the smiles love the congregation celebrating dance and pushing the human artistry and body. I try to replicate this everyday as much as I can with the circumstances that have taken place and continue to do so, and I have to confess... it’s not working. I’m aging at a rapid pace, I need people, I need dance, I’m desperate for that interaction I need the conversation that give and take.
