“Life’s not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rain” . Not sure who’s quote that is but it certainly applies to the dance world in this current time we’re in. We as a community had to rethink reimagine and keep pushing and dancing through the storm. This last few days I was privileged to celebrate two different communities that KEPT ON DANCING! @jennajohnson and I took part of an intensive at @prodigydancepac in Dallas, where we had the chance to work with some of the best young talent in Texas, share our knowledge and our passion with them. The masks were a challenge but after a while it was something we just accepted as part of the “storm” we had to dance through, and boy did we sweat our little hearts out dancing. As we entered into the weekend, we celebrated our first EVER virtual dance competition with my beloved #DWMFAM !!
