Witness video sent to Telemundo Chicago Reporter Jorge DeSantiago shows federal agents approaching a vehicle in Rogers Park. One agent opens the driver’s side door and begins questioning the driver, while another agent removes the passenger — who the driver says is his uncle — and leads him into a different vehicle. The confrontation took place on the corner of Touhy and California on the city’s North Side.⁠ ⁠ When asked for a statement, United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement said they did not conduct any enforcement action in this area.
