Hold my baby and watch this… Number one goal going into the race was to make my boys proud of their mommy Number 2 goal was to show the world what mom strength looks like, everything else was just gravy! The truth is that I didn’t know how I would feel or how I would place against a pretty competitive field, and before the race when I had my doubts, I just thought of all the amazing moms out there that constantly inspire me and I remembered who I was racing for. I had so much fun racing down the streets of NYC in the nyrr #abbottdash5k and getting to see so many people I know. There is nothing quite like the energy in the city during marathon weekend!
