Let’s break in my brand new Argentine style grill from prokan_grills. This thing is built like a tank, has adjustable V-shaped grates to help drain fat and grease, it’s lined with fire bricks and comes with all the tools you need! I grilled a whole picanha roast, some chorizo and made my homemade chimichurri to finish everything off. The grill is super fun to use and seeing your food cook over the fire, in the open is pretty awesome. Not only does it look cool but it also tastes great too!
