Katy O'Brian has opened up about how playing out lesbian boxer Lisa Holewyne was a 'breath of fresh air'. O'Brian plays the boxer alongside Sydney Sweeney in 'Christy', a biopic about lesbian boxer Christy Martin. Holewyne was once Martin's boxing rival, but the pai married in 2017. On playing Holewyne in the movie, O'Brian said: "She was just living her authentic self! I loved that, I love that quality about her. She just says what’s on her mind, and it’s a breath of fresh air."
