Hi, it’s Mike again! Surgery went well, it was smooth and routine. Bridget has no pain in her breast whatsoever. They did remove 4 lymph nodes and that is a sensitive area so it’s perfectly normal to feel pain in that area. It’s exactly what our surgeon told us to anticipate. Bridget also had 3 vanilla puddings and spoke to the nurses at length about how she didn’t realize they still sold those vanilla puddings and somehow we left with 4 more of them. I was also instructed to Instacart some more of them. She is coming back to herself as she has already negotiated with the nurses and the surgeon the amount of time she can keep on the dressings from surgery. She keeps telling me she wants to keep them on for a full week to avoid “seeing anything”. Thank you all so much for the prayers, we feel them and appreciate them deeply.
