I was kinda shocked how long he lasted 👀😂 but seriously cold capping is literally no joke 🧟‍♀️. Incase your like uhm what is that?! It’s called cold capping and it’s what I’m doing to try and keep some of my hair during chemotherapy. It’s literally -32 degrees and SO TIGHT. it’s torture but some people keep 30-50% of their hair from using it 🥶 so I’m giving it a go. Our husband kept saying he felt so bad for me and “couldn’t imagine what it felt like” so Asia, our cold capper, offered to put one on him. 👀😂. I mean… what was he gonna say at that point lol ?! 😵‍💫😂 . I do about 15-18 caps each round of chemo.
