@kalejunkie 🥠🍵 ICED MANGO MATCHA LATTE—no added sugar—pretty much exactly like the one I had on my recent trip to Japan 🇯🇵. While I was there, I tried a strawberry version, a lychee version, and mango—and this was actually my favorite of the bunch!

Mango Puree
Mango Syrup (makes 1 cup, for 4 drinks)
1 cup mango, cubed (if frozen, defrost first)
1/4 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener (
@lakanto is great) or granulated sugar
Matcha latte
1 tb ceremonial grade matcha
1/3 cup hot water
3/4 cup milk of choice (I used cashew milk)
First, make the mango puree. Add mangos and sweetener to a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, just mash the mangos very well so you can drink through a straw!
