A reminder that the most simple recipes are always the best ones :) 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed 1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted 2 1/2 cups strawberries, quartered 1 cup blueberries 2-3 limes, juiced 1/4 cup honey 2 tb poppyseeds Garnish: lime wedges Chop fruit, pit cherries and add to a large bowl. To make the dressing, whisk together the lime juice, honey and poppy seeds. Note, if your honey is hard to begin with just microwave it for five seconds, and then work with it. It will be much easier to whisk. Pour the dressing over the salad, gently toss, garnish with lime wedges, and enjoy. #summersalad #summerrecipes #fruitsalad
