Milk50 is a new lactose-free milk that contains 75% less sugar than skim milk, 0 grams fat, and 9 grams of protein per serving (unlike alternative milks which contain only 1-2g!). It tastes great too!! ⁣  ⁣ Makes 1 smoothie⁣ Strawberry Glaze⁣ 3/4 cup fresh strawberries⁣ 1 tsp maple syrup⁣  ⁣ Smoothie⁣ 1 cup frozen strawberries⁣ 1/2 banana⁣ 2 dates⁣ 1/4 avocado⁣ 1 scoop collagen peptides⁣ 3/4 cup Original @drinkmilk50⁣ 1 tb coconut cream (to coat the inside of the glass)⁣  ⁣ In a small blender, blend the strawberries and maple syrup until smooth.
