If you aren’t someone that likes fruit in your salad, same—until recently. I get it now!⁣ ⁣ Comment BLENDER to get the link to my fav mini blender! ☺️⁣ ⁣ Honey vinaigrette ⁣ 1/3 cup olive oil⁣ 3 tb apple cider vinegar ⁣ 2 tb dijon mustard⁣ 1/4 cup honey⁣ 2 cloves garlic⁣ 2 tb oregano⁣ 1 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper⁣ ⁣ 1/2 seedless watermelon, cubed (~5 cups)⁣ 1 pint strawberries, sliced (~1 1/2 cups)⁣ 4 persian cucumbers, cut into 1/4” coins⁣ 1 cup feta, cubed⁣ 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped⁣ ⁣ Prepare the dressing.
