SPICY TUNA
2 cans tuna (albacore tuna, packed in olive oil)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 tb kewpie mayo
2 tb sriracha
1 tb toasted sesame oil
3 tb rice vinegar
CRUNCHY RICE
1 1/2 cups cooked sushi rice
2 tb avocado oil
2 tsp chili crisp (I used momofuku but TJ’s makes it too) - optional
