Mint Cookie Soft Serve 1 can lite coconut milk 2 tb maple syrup 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder 1 small handful spinach 1/4 tsp mint extract 4 cookie sandwiches (I used @newmansown) Magic shell 3 tb chocolate chips 1/2 tsp coconut oil At all ingredients to a blender then transfer to the ninja container. Cover and freeze. Once frozen, remove from freeze and pop it into the machine. Pull the handle until your soft serve comes out!
