The best part is that it’s QUICK to make—another 20 minute banger! 💥 Makes 4 servings Chicken 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed into small pieces (or chicken breast!) 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp pepper 1/2 cup arrowroot or tapioca or corn starch 2 tb avocado oil Sauce 1/3 cup orange juice 1 orange, zested 2 tb toasted sesame oil 1/4 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce 1/3 cup honey 2 tb tomato paste 2 cloves garlic, mashed 2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp pepper 2 cups broccoli florets 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice Garnish: 2 green onions, sliced 1 tb sesame seeds Cut chicken into small cubes and coat well in the seasoning and starch.
