kalejunkie Meet the Jalisco 25, the perfect cocktail for New Years Eve! 🥂 The Jalisco 25 is a rift on the French 75 and is the perfect way to cheers to the New Year in a fun and unique way. It’s made even better by using my favorite lalospirits tequila blanco! Unlike other tequilas, LALO tequila is one of the purest on the market, it’s additive free and made with only three ingredients (and the bottle is really beautiful!). It’s pretty much the only tequila I will drink! 🙂   Makes 1 cocktail, double the recipe for 2. Ingredients:  1 oz LALO Tequila  3 oz prosecco  1/2 oz fresh lemon juice  1/2 oz simple syrup  Garnish with lemon twist    Instructions:  Add LALO Tequila, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup into an ice-filled shaker. Shake to chill and dilute.
