@kalejunkie VIRAL CARAMEL DATE APPLE with crushed peanuts 🍎🥜 Ever since I saw this idea floating around IG, I’ve been craving a caramel apple from childhood!! This was SOOOO GOOD and definitely worth making—it’s perfect to cut into slices and snack on and also pretty enough to serve at a party for an easy dessert. Thanks to @avocado_bella for this fun idea! ⁣ ⁣ 1 large apple⁣ Medjool dates, pitted⁣ (@ndmedjooldates) Melted chocolate ⁣(@hukitchen) Crushed peanuts⁣ (@thrivemarket) ⁣ Closely line up pitted medjool dates on a piece of plastic wrap. Place a piece of parchment paper on top and roll it out until it is flatter. Remove parchment paper. Place the apple in the center, and then fold up the plastic wrap tightly around the apple. Peel off the plastic wrap, add a stick, then dip the apple into melted chocolate and roll in crushed peanuts. Refrigerate for 15 minutes so the chocolate hardens then cut into slices and enjoy!⁣ ⁣ #viralfoodtrends #foodtrends #caramelapple #applerecipes
