1/2 cup fresh pomegranate arilsā£

3/4 cup granulated monk fruit (

Begin by preparing your cranberries. Rinse and dry them thoroughly. If using frozen cranberries, there is no need to rinse them. Add the cranberries and pomegranate to a large pot and add in the monk fruit/sugar, pomegranate/orange juice, and water. Heat over medium-high heat and bring to a gentle boil.
