I have a version of this recipe on my blog and I also had a bag of @sietefoods nacho chips sitting around, so I crushed them up and added them to the tacos for extra CRUNCH and flavor, and LET ME TELL YOU, they were 12/10 delicious! All you need to do is crush up your favorite chips and add them to the filling (1 1/2 cups crushed chips).
