I made the secret sauce using greek yogurt instead of mayo bc I’m just not a mayo gal and I eat the food I make :) My Flying Dutchman turned out gigantic, simply because I underestimated the size of my burger patties—one would have definitely been enough, but this was absolutely delicious nonetheless and you should give it a go, especially if you are an onion lover.
