I am so excited to share this shortcut version of my grandma’s recipe. If you’ve never heard of lahmajune, it is a simple flatbread pizza of sorts—a street food—topped with a warm, seasoned meat mixture and herb paste. My grandma used to make dough for the base from scratch, but instead we are using flour tortillas, and honestly? I like this version better because I get the taste of her cooking I miss so much — and it’s easier for everyone (YOU!!!) to make! Top with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon and 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼.
