HUNTER’S FAV SWEDISH MEATBALLS & NOODLES (IKEA COPYCAT), which happens to be a quick, easy nourishing, restaurant quality dinner that solves the most important dilemma of the day, “WHAT SHOULD I MAKE FOR DINNER?” Whenever I ask my son Hunter what he wants for dinner, it’s always the same thing 😂, “meatballs and noodles, Mom!” and it’s become quite the joke in our house because it’s literally a daily request 🙋🏻. He is referring to THIS recipe, which I started making a few years ago and now every few weeks ever since! ⁣ ⁣ These cozy Swedish meatballs are high in protein (I am using a combination of ground beef and pork) which are BAKED and then coated in a delicious, creamy gravy (I used @kettleandfire beef bone broth for extra protein).
