NO-BAKE CHEWY PROTEIN LEMON BITES šŸ‹ Follow @kalejunkie for easy, delicious recipes! This is one of my OG recipes from my blog, improved to make even better than before—these are perfect to prep today and enjoy all week long. They taste like lemon pie, in snack form. I can’t WAIT for you to make them :)⁣ ⁣ Makes 12 large bites or 24 small ones⁣ Lemon bites:⁣ 2 cups almond flour⁣ 1/4 cup coconut flour⁣ 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped⁣ 1/4 cup maple syrup⁣ 1 tsp vanilla⁣ 4 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁣ 1 lemon, zested and juiced⁣ 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)⁣ pinch sea salt⁣ ⁣ Lemon icing: (optional)⁣ 1 cup powdered sugar⁣ 2 tbsp lemon juice⁣ 1 tbsp water⁣ ⁣ To make the bites, all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Using a cookie scoop, form 12 larger (2 inch) balls or 24 smaller balls. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes then make the icing.
