I froze my strawberry roses with Prosecco (yes, you can freeze low alcohol beverages), but you can also use water, juice, etc. To make them, cut the green stem off the strawberries and slice them very thin. Place them in the shape of a rose in an ice cube tray—you can bend the strawberry slices as needed to make them fit. Freeze the tray overnight. When ready to make a drink, just pop them out of the ice cube tray.
