2 cans
@wildplanetfoods albacore wild tuna
1/2 red onion, diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup raisins
Dressing:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
3 tb olive oil
2 tsp curry powder
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup water (as needed)
Serving:
Bibb lettuce or romaine lettuce leaves
