This dish reminds me of my childhood—my dad would order this as a side dish every single time we went out for Italian food and he was always so picky about it—making sure it was perfect. So here is my take on it, dad approved! Whether an italian nonna would approve, I don’t know! But I love this and that’s what I’m sharing today :)⁣ ⁣ 16 oz spaghetti of choice (you can use gluten-free) ⁣ 1/2 cup olive oil (I used @getgraza)⁣ 12 cloves garlic, sliced very thin⁣ 1/2-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes⁣ 1/2 cup reserved pasta water⁣ ⁣ Top with:⁣ 1/2-3/4 cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano cheese⁣ 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped⁣ ⁣ Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and salt generously.
