@kalejunkie for more! EASY 5-INGREDIENT POPOVERS (similar to Yorkshire puddings)! In the U.S., we call these POPOVERS! In the UK, they are called Yorkshire puddings, which are slightly different. Yorkshire puddings are typically made using the meat drippings leftover from cooking a roast dinner (making them lightly more savory), while popovers are made with butter. My mom and I used to look forward to our lunches at Neiman Marcus, because every meal there begins with a popover and they always served it with butter and jam and it was the highlight of the entire meal. If you’ve never had one, it’s a puffy pastry with a crispy exterior, and a soft, buttery interior. I LOVEEEEEE THEM!!! And good news, you don’t even need a special popover tin to make them; just use your muffin tin!
