@kalejunkie for more! COPYCAT STARBUCKS BLISS BARS, but a little healthier :) I love the Starbucks Bliss Bars, but honestly I don’t love how I feel after I eat one—SUGAR CRASH AF. So I made a better-for-you version that literally tastes exactly the same. And just like all KJ recipes, these are easy to make and will impress everyone you know. Keep them stored in a covered container to enjoy all week or keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Recipes makes 8 bars
1 1/4 cups almond flour (or oat flour)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup creamy cashew butter
1 egg (or flax egg for a vegan option)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 orange, zested
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2/3 cup dried unsweetened cranberries, divided
Cream cheese frosting
1 8oz container cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Melted white chocolate drizzle
