Peppermint Bark Recipe
10 oz dairy-free chocolate chips (or semi-sweet chocolate chips)
12 oz white chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
3/4 cup crushed candy canes
