It is the perfect snack to break up into smaller pieces and keep in the freezer to snack on any time the sweet craving hits. IB: @chaneleatsgf⁣ ⁣ 3 bananas, sliced into coins⁣ 1 cup crunchy peanut butter⁣ 1 1/4 cups dairy-free chocolate chips⁣ 1 tsp coconut oil⁣ Flaky salt⁣ ⁣ Cut bananas into slices and lay them out as shown on a baking sheet. Spread crunchy peanut butter on top. Next, melt the chocolate. In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 2-3 30-second increments, until fully melted. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter. Sprinkle with flaky salt and freeze overnight. Break into pieces and enjoy!
