There is something so yummy about the thinly sliced apples packed in tightly with puff pastry on top. I topped mine with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and flaky salt for the chef’s kiss 🤌🏼⁣ ⁣ Recipe makes 1, so double or triple the recipe ⁣ 1 large honeycrisp apple⁣ 3-4 tb butter⁣ 1 tb dark brown sugar⁣ 1 tsp cinnamon ⁣ ⁣ Preheat oven to 400. Core apple and slice extremely thin—I used a mandolin. Melt butter and mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat each apple slice and pack it in a greased ramekin. Be sure to dump excess liquid out of the ramekin as shown. Add as many layers as you can. Bake 10 min. Remove from oven. Dump excess liquid.
