It’s good, but mine is better, more nutritious, and it takes just a few minutes to make. Plus it makes a muchhhh larger batch that you can enjoy all season long! Store in the freezer and eat whenever
For the Granola:
3 Cups Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seeds
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar or Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 TB Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
For the Topping:
1 9-Oz Bag Chocolate Chips
1 TB Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
