Follow @kalejunkie for more! CARAMEL APPLE BARK! Every year I look forward to making my friend Melissa @melissas_healthykitchen’s version of this recipe and this year did not disappoint! She makes hers with homemade date caramel sauce, which I also did last year (recipe on my blog), but this year I was short on time so I used a delicious local brand of caramel sauce. This treat is so delicious, you have been warned! It’s the best if you love caramel apples but don’t want to go through the hassle of making them. Plus this bark is so much easier to store than giant apples lol. ⁣ ⁣ 8 oz chocolate chips (I used one bag of @enjoylifefoods)⁣ 1 tb coconut oil⁣ 20-25 pretzels ⁣ 1 green Granny Smith apple⁣ 1/2 cup caramel sauce (or my homemade caramel sauce, recipe on the blog, or Melissa has one too!)⁣ Flaky salt (I used @maldonsalt always!)⁣ ⁣ In a bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
