SHEET PAN JALAPEÑO POPPERS 🌶️ Follow @kalejunkie for more easy recipes! Labor Day is around the corner, so I thought I’d throw this fun idea into the mix. You can customize this however you like, and by using a wonton wrapper as the base, they come out nice and crunchy! Fold it up like a taco and enjoy! 6 egg roll size won ton wrappers 2 tb butter, melted 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup cream cheese of choice 6 slices bacon, cooked most of the way through but still slightly soft, chopped 3 jalapeños, sliced and seeds removed Preheat oven to 325F. Spray a baking pan. Line the baking pan with the wonton wrappers. Brush with melted butter. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese, cream cheese, bacon, and jalapeño slices. Add back to the oven and bake another 5 minutes until the edges get crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into squares.
