It is such a fun idea for summer, especially for ice cream lovers! ⁣ ⁣ PRO TIP: I recommend keeping this covered in the freezer (whole) and cutting off pieces to enjoy whenever the sweet craving strikes! (I love @rancho_meladuco_date_farm)⁣ 1/2 cup peanut butter (I used @georgiagrinders)⁣ 3/4 cup vanilla ice cream, softened (@alecsicecream is my favorite!)⁣ 1/2 cup salted peanuts ⁣ 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips⁣ 1 tsp coconut oil⁣ Flaky salt (@maldonsalt)⁣ ⁣ Open the dates, remove the pits, and press them down on a parchment lined baking sheet, close together.
