Follow @kalejunkie for more! ICY SALTED ESPRESSO MARTINI, a fun spin on an espresso martini, which happens to be one of my favorite cocktails. This is a fun one to make for a girls night in or when you are having people over—or just make one for yourself :)⁣ ⁣ Makes 1 drink (double and triple recipe for more)⁣ 6 frozen espresso ice cubes (I just fill a tray)⁣ 2 oz coffee liqueur⁣ 3 oz vodka⁣ 2 tb coconut cream (the thick part at the top of the can)⁣ Flaky salt⁣ ⁣ Fill an ice cube tray with brewed espresso. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass. Top with coconut cream that will rise to the top of the blender after making the drink.
