@thathealthjunkie’s page! It’s crunchy, chewy, sweet and salty all at once and tastes just like a candy bar. This lasted in our house less than 2 days—it’s so good! It’s best to cut it up into pieces and store in the fridge or freezer to enjoy a piece anytime the craving strikes!
20 medjool dates, pitted - make sure they are nice and soft!
1/3 cup tahini or peanut butter (or whatever you like!)
1/2 cup raw almonds
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Flaky salt
Open the dates, remove the pits, and press them down on a parchment lined baking sheet, close together. Next, take a cup and spray the bottom with oil/cooking spray and gently press the dates down to flatten. Drizzle with tahini or peanut butter generously. Sprinkle almonds on top.
